V1.1 Patch Notes (once am able to release)


Patch notes:

  • Improved performance by reducing main performance hog,
  • Rebalanced cost scaling for ideal progression curve.,
  • buffed "base value increase" upgrade a lot,
  • Added fun + informative sound effect to one of the upgrades,
  • "Speedrun timer" on game completion is now accurate,
  • a few bug fixes

This update addresses the majority of things I wasn't able to do due to the game jam time-crunch, though since the jam ended, I cannot release this update until rating is complete. The only thing that remains which I'm dissatisfied by is that I don't have an HTML5 port, but unfortunately Gamemaker's HTML5 engine is far too buggy and non-performant for the game as is. Some day I might do some heavy optimization to address this.
